Refrigeration And Air Conditioning Technician Dual_H Scvt

Refrigeration and air conditioning is a popular trade in ITI that deals with the study and understanding of various aspects of refrigerators and air conditioners. The course includes all basic services related to refrigeration and air conditioning such as repairing and servicing of all equipment. They are taught to repair and ensure maintenance of RAC equipment such as evaporators, heaters, condensers, freezers, compressors, expansion valve, motors, driers and many more. The candidates also get to know the functioning of all these devices and their importance in day-to-day life. 

During the 2 year duration of the course, the candidates will also be taught about the advantage, principles, construction, working, and properties of refrigerants, window air conditioner, installation of window AC, split AC, retrofitting, thermal insulation, car air conditioning, centralised air conditioning, direct expansion systems, etc. In short, students after doing ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning will be able to take care of a complete range of Refrigeration, Freezing, and Thermal Insulations. Knowledge in free hand sketch of machine parts in the shop floor, projection of machine components, interpenetration, developing simple objects, fasteners, details & assembly drawings of machine parts, piping drawings, welding symbols, working drawing of gears, cams, jigs & fixtures, tracing and printing. Working knowledge in AutoCAD and pro-E software are imparted in this trade.
